As a team we have a multidimensional relationship with design. As individuals we are designers, architects, visual communicators, psychologists, anthropologists, engineers, criminologists, historians and organisational developers. We do not impose our knowledge on communities or organisations but look to establish partnerships of mutual learning.
We like to make learning a central part of how we work, learning from our partners about their expertise and teaching our partners what we know about design-based change. Whenever possible, we try to write about our work, sharing the ways in which we are reframing the practice of design with other professional practitioners.
